Jennie Joyce is a seasoned educational leader with over two decades of experience advancing student success through innovative programming, effective leadership, and collaborative community engagement. She has led academic initiatives in both traditional and virtual settings, with expertise spanning curriculum development, program evaluation, staff training, and data-driven decision-making.
Throughout her career, Jennie has designed and implemented academic programs that improve student engagement, elevate learning outcomes, and strengthen school communities. She has overseen large-scale curriculum initiatives, guided educators in effective instructional practices, developed early childhood programs from the ground up, and secured significant grant funding to expand learning opportunities. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom—building strong partnerships, fostering positive school cultures, and empowering staff to excel. Beyond her professional achievements, Jennie finds joy in lifelong learning, quality time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports. She especially treasures moments with her grand-dogs, Leo and Frankie, whose antics never fail to bring a smile. Married to her husband, Tom, for 34 years, Jennie is the proud mother of two adult children and embraces every opportunity to connect, laugh, and make lasting memories.
